Today’s plateau buster is more like a mind trick, a simple one that could help you to overcome your weight-loss plateau.

What I like about it the most is that you can apply it to any segment of your life to achieve success more easily. Be it your career, love life or in this case, your weight loss stall.

Pretend That You Have Already Achieved Your Healthy Weight

So, as I said, today’s plateau buster is more oriented towards changing your mindset rather than your diet or habits.

It’s a simple trick that you can apply to your life right now so you can start getting closer to your dream body weight. Stay with me on this.

So the next time you’re in the gym, whether you’re on a treadmill, an elliptical machine or a stationary bike, I want you to not to think of yourself as what you ARE currently, but what you WILL become after you lose that unwanted weight.

And why does this help?

Well, because this creates an experience both consciously and in addition sensitizes this experience in your subconscious mind of yourself actually ACHIEVING this dream body.

The main idea behind this is this statement (of which I’m sure you’ve heard about): If you tell yourself a lie (or anything for that matter) long enough and loud enough, you’ll eventually start to believe it.

You’re not actually lying to your subconscious mind this time. Instead, what you’re doing is creating some sort of impression or affirmation. And based on these series of affirmations, you’ll activate a little mechanism in your brain called your reticular activation system.

It is the part of your brain that makes you aware of things that are IMPORTANT to you, and in this case, your dream body. It kind of works like a magnet that pulls you towards your goals.
