My Top 10 Supplements

Ok, here are the supplements that I take every day.

I swear by these!!!

  1. Ester C Vitamin C (5000 -10000 mg)
    • This is very good for inflammation, skin etc. You can get this at your local health food store.
  2. Tonalin CLA (3000 mg)
    • Studies show you need that much a day for burning fat (real fat burning). You can get this on Amazon.com or at your local health food store.
  3. L-Carnitine (3000 mg)
    • Studies show this works great. I buy the “Now Foods” brand. Get this at your local health food store.
  4. Trim AM
    • Get it here  from General Sciences. To be transparent, I have an affiliation with this company. This supplement is loaded with Vitamin D and the best forms of Magnesium. There is a 1 hour video talking about all the studies on the ingredients—watch it here.
  5. DHEA (25 mg)
    • This is an old school supplement.
  6. L-Glutamine (2000 mg)
    • Taken in powder form. I have found this works best to repair muscles.
