Thanks!! These were great and very inspiring. It was easy to follow the instructions to repeat the daily suggestion 5 times, since the suggestions only came once a day. These are great suggestions - things that are easy to live with, but extremely important to my weight loss effort. The final suggestion was my favorite, since, while I have lost 10 lbs and one dress size, I want to lose another 15 lbs. I am losing slowly and exercising, so it will be a journey which I am enjoying. I feel confident I can reach my goals by using each of the suggestions in the program.
